Jay Kanik
Director of Property Management
- Mr. Kanik oversees and directs all property management responsibilities for our multi-tenant portfolio. He is responsible for setting goals for each property and the portfolio as a whole, establishing timelines and guidelines for third party vendors and the internal team.
- Mr. Kanik has over 20 years of commercial real estate and retail property management experience.
- Prior to joining RTL, Mr. Kanik was Director of Property Management for Simon Konover Company and before that was with Regency Centers and Highwoods Properties.
