Starr Duvall
Director of Construction
- Ms. Duvall oversees and directs all construction projects, budgets and delivery timelines. She also ensures that all contractors adhere to design specifications and building codes.
- Ms. Duvall has more than two decades of commercial construction experience through her leadership positions in retail project management, and as a project engineer with budgeting, value engineering and project management experience.
- Prior to joining RTL Ms. Duvall was with Washington Prime Group for ten years as Director of Construction where she managed pre-construction and construction activities and oversaw activities associated with the redevelopment of the firm’s assets.
