Common Stock Dividend

 

On July 1, 2022, The Necessity Retail REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.2125 per share payable on July 15, 2022 to holders of record of shares of the Company’s Class A common stock at the close of business on July 11, 2022.

 

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Announces Common Stock Dividend for Third Quarter 2022

 

NEW YORK – July 1, 2022 - The Necessity Retail REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq: RTL/ RTLPP / RTLPO) (“RTL”) announced today that it intends to continue to pay dividends on its shares of Class A common stock at an annualized rate of $0.85 per share or $0.2125 per share on a quarterly basis. RTL anticipates paying dividends authorized by its board of directors on its shares of Class A common stock on a quarterly basis in arrears on the 15th day of the first month following the end of each fiscal quarter (unless otherwise specified) to Class A common stock holders of record on the record date for such payment.

 

Accordingly, RTL declared a dividend of $0.2125 per share of Class A common stock payable on July 15, 2022 to Class A common stock holders of record at the close of business on July 11, 2022.
